Hello from Little Linda Pinda – SAD Disorder Introduction

I am so excited about launching this new website about Seasonal Affective Disorder. I have suffered from Severe Seasonal Affective Disorder for years. I would search the computer for hours and hours looking for hope and help for my SAD Disorder and wishing I could find the answers. I learned so many valuable tips, recipes, vitamins, foods, SAD Lightbox and general information that I would like to share with you.

I remember in the 1980’s when they finally came up with a name for Seasonal Affective Disorder and I said to myself, that is what I have. I have since been diagnosed with it and I advise that you see your medical professional for a diagnosis as I am not a medical professional.

I am here to share with you products and tips that worked for me and or others as well as recipes to get healthier and help with SAD Disorder. There is a definite difference between Seasonal Depression and Seasonal Affective Disorder and this is why it is very important to see your physician for your individual diagnosis. Please be sure to see a doctor who is familiar with Seasonal Affective Disorder.

I pray that God will lead you to the correct diagnosis, hope and help for SAD Disorder.
