I spent years of researching the computers, seeing many doctors and nutritional experts and even thousands of dollars trying to figure out, first what was wrong with me and then what can I do to help this awful disorder. See your Physician to determine your diagnosis. These are tips are that worked for me or what I discovered helped others suffering from SAD Disorder. I recommend that you see a physician who is VERY familiar with Seasonal Affective Disorder, SAD otherwise it will likely be very frustrating for you.
